ECS 945p-a memory clocking???

I have the ecs 945p-a, 1gb 512x2 corsair xms ddr2 pc5400,Pentium D 830, I cant get the memory to clock up to the rated ddr 667.. Anyone have this board and/or some advise hit me up..
