Slightly off topic, the flooring looks sweet. Is that real hardwood or laminate? About to refloor the main area in my house and freakin love that floor you have.

I must say the sleeving makes all the difference in the world.

Oh and your chair, I've sat in a few for work and ever since then I've been looking for one used locally. The Aeron is easily the most comfortable office/desk chair I've had the pleasure of using.
