Just bought 2 kits of F2-6400CL4D-4GBHK

for a total of 8GB. Have not read much about these sticks but the HK series was always a good performer so far and CAS4 at 1.8V isn't shabby, so i expect them to reach 1066 at 2.1 or 2.2V at 5-5-5-18 or so.

Just as i suspected, DDR2-950 speeds at CAS4 with slighly lower timings at 1.8V are possible. I can't push much higher since my CPU won't play nice but i suspect 1066 speeds should be possible at CAS5 and 2.0V-2.1V...
