Eclipse is making me miffed

I'm having a severely hard time getting eclipse to generate a webservice stub, even given a tutorial, the wizard simply doesn't work. Its to the point where I'm considering switching environments altogether. So is there a good, free, Java IDE that will reliably do webservice work? Preferably it would include a visual GUI editor, and nice easy svn integration, but I can work around those.

Or, alternatively, does anyone know a good tut on how to consume a webservice in Java without using WTP (technically eclipse isn't the problem at all, WTP is)?
