So...if I buy a $70 item, will this coupon do 10% off the first $25 (IE., $2.50 off), or is it just capped at $25 items only?

The 10% coupon will take $7 of a $70 item, I bought a cell phone yesterday for $80 and it took off $8

From the eBay Gift Certificates FAQ:
