Easy way to password protect a file or flash drive ?

Is there a simple piece of software for password protecting files and maybe my flash drive ?
I just want a program that allows a window to pop up for the password. No company names or ads.

I use TrueCrypt. It make a file which mounts like a drive. It can be any size, etc. Give it a shot. http://www.truecrypt.org/

I've recently started using Truecrypt myself but have only encrypted a whole volume. (HD).
I haven't tried to figure out how to encrypt and password protect an existing folder.
But I still wanted a simple folder password protecting software for less important files and folders.


By the way, is two-fish the most secure algorithm ?
I've only been using True-Cyrpt for a week or two.

My favorite is picocrypt. It is a small standalone exe file that is portable that encrypts the file and sets a password for access. Really great program.

EDIT: Also I think picostick will encrypt the entire USB drive, but I'm not certain on that so you will have to test for yourself.
