Easy sound recording software?

Hey guys, I need help real quick of at all possible. Long story short, I basically need some "Dinosaour" sounds for a Jurassic Park show at our local fairgrounds and I found an awesome site with exactly what I needed but its playing it through Flash Media.

What I wanna do is simpy record it through my microphone and save it as a MP3 that I can burn onto a CD.

Anyone have an idea for a free, cheap easy program to do this with?
 
aznx is right.
The whole point of them using flash is to protect the content on their site.
Discussion's about ways to circumvent that protection are not allowed here.
I would suggest that you contact the webmaster of said site and ask them about obtaining a commercially licensed copy of their work.
