All I did was take my stock AMD 64 heatsink and slapped the 70mm fan from in on my NV5.
Idle before: 52c
Idle after: 47c
Well worth the 10min it took me to do!
The only real work was cutting the hole for the fan but after all you have to do is mount it.

Looks good! I think corn did that when he had a 6800GT though, but it still looks to "custom" for me. I like my stuff to look clean :D

help your OC at all ?

Maybe now you can flash the BIOS to a higher voltage (if you haven't already)
 
Mmmm... you try it sucking air out instead of blowing air in? wouldnt clash with the spinner fan if it was pulling out and would make the cycle alot smoother. But if you already tried it, sometimes brute force can overpower logic :)

The blower still has enough power to exhaust the incoming air from the new fan.
