Easy MP3 converter?

Hey guys, I FINALLY have a MP3 player in my car and Im needing to convert some of my stuff from WMA, ACC and WAV formats to MP3. Anyone have suggestion for a quick and easy to use program to convert these suckers?
 
Congrats on the upgrade, you'll ask yourself how you ever got on without it. :p
I've got a lot of different music types, and when I find the need to convert whatever to whateverelse, I use dbpoweramp. It does batch jobs, codecs are incredibly easy to find through their website if you need one, and you can choose to use the right-clicking on the actual file.

It says the mp3 encoding license is only for 30 days. I'm assuming this means that I will only be able to create mp3 files from other formats for 30 days? Also, iTunes seems to like AAC files be default, what are the advantages of ACC over MP3, and what format would you recommend ripping my cd's to?
