Easy Motherboard install question

I mounted my CPU with a Zalman 9500AT cooler. The mounting bracket makes it hard to get some of the screws in near the CPU, to the point that it bends my MB a little and I have to push down pretty hard to get the screw to fit. I'm not comfortable with that.

My MB seems to be in pretty solid without those 2 screws, am I cool?

If your motherboard is solid i wouldn't worry about it
