Easily customizable computer case

Hey guys, just a few questions on getting a computer case. I want to make sure I get the right one. First off, it has to be completely solid when I start, ie no windows. It has to be easy to paint as well because I have a nice paint job thought up. I'm not sure if I should still go ATX or upgrade to BTX yet, what are your thoughts? This case has to be under $100 or close to it anyway. I would like it to be mid-size at least but full size would be even better.

Anyone got any cases in mind?
