I know the 260 needs two jacks, but with an adapter, will I overload the PSU?

I've looked everywhere trying to fine the rail layout. My lovely 750TX are single so I don't have to worry, but the 430's are duel.

Anyone know.... or currently running a setup like that?

Edit:
I ran a PSU calc for the system and it said 270 watts. I should be able to put the whole system on the 12v rails of a 430 and have room to breath. (EA430 has a max of 360 watts on the 12v combined.)

You'll be fine. And the EA430s are really single-rail, just like the "multi-rail" Corsair HX series and Antec Neopower series.

Puts it at 75% of the rated capacity on the 12v rail. It should be fine. I show the 260 at 182W max.

LOL Evil

That system doesn't even exist anymore :p
I don't even have any 260 cards left :D

the card wont even use 182w to fold.. ran my GTX 260 stock clocks on furmark vs folding.. my power usage was about 40w higher at the wall with furmark vs running F@H.. both were run with my cpu under full load using boinc..

One of my rigs runs an EA380 and GTX260/216 OC'd to 1610 and has ran flawless for since August. Also runs the VM SMP. Total energy draw is 250 watts. Fold with it!

pssst.... Look at all of the post dates and reread the thread ;)

At first I was like, wtf date blip, that thing is posted tomorrow, O way't!

meh.. dates are over rated.. your fault for bringin the thread back to life.. :p but ya never know maybe there is some one searching for the same answers.. its bad enough having to keep giving the same damn answer to questions that were answered 6 months before because some ones to damn lazy to search for shit..
