E8500 E0 stepping. Help please!

E8500 e0 stepping. Are there any significant benefit of having e0 stepping than c0?
My e8500 just got delivered to me today, and unfortunately, it is not e0 (got it from zipzoomfly). I plan on overclock somewhat, nothing extreme. My electricity in the apartment is free.

So my question is, is it worth the while to return the c0 stepping E8500 and try to get an
e0 stepping e8500 instead?

The E0 are supposed to OC a lil better than the C0s. Some of the improvements are:

Improved power saving
Better overclocking at lower voltages
Improved temperature sensors

The C0s are already great ocers so I dont know if you would see a difference. Personally, I am very happy with the C0 stepping.
