Just a quick E8400 question. What is the highest, safe voltage for the E8400 on air cooling? TRUE 120 if it matters.

There has been a lot of discussion about this at ExtremeSystems .
One guy who has tortured his to death thinks its safest to stick to 1.3625 volts max.
I'm still waiting to see more longterm results.

Mine is now running at 1.387V, 4.05Ghz with a TRUE 120 and 68CFM fan.
I used to be able to run this speed at 1.35V but maybe it is just settling in and nothing to do with the reported degrading problem..
It has been running for exactly 1 month now.
(voltage values are those set in BIOS, not measured)

It might be safe to use higher voltages but I am erring on the side of caution until more is known.
