Alright after continuous worry with some overclocking problems and a after market heat sink I'm now back to overclocking my dam E8400, I finally got it to run stable on P95 for 1hr 20min and then decided to up the FSB, anyway:

FSB: 367MHz 1:1
V-core: 1.325
CPU PLL: 1.60v
FSB Termination: 1.20v
NB: 1.20v
D did this based one Zero82z advice and it seemed to work out, this thread also helped explain the voltage options and limitation http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1198647 a informative read,but i'm on 2 cores not 4.
so for the cooling i grabbed up a Zalman heat sink CNPS7500-CU it helps temp but under load i have only sen a 2-3 oC difference... anyway i will see how it hold up, the temps are ITB 72oC max 69-70 avg, Prim 95 Small FFT 62 oC max, 60avg,
so now i have the FSB up to 385MHz core 3465MHz, testing is in progress(no volt changes), so lets see how far i can go with this and find a comfort rang, but i had a few questions first off the voltages on the PLL, I hear it can be a dangerous to mess with, i don't think adding 0.1v will hurt it but you can never be to safe, also the DDR Termination is also a sensitive one but i read you good under 1.4v. Second I was changing the volts and noticed a option for CPU Spread Spectrum = Auto, I remeber back in my 3000XP + days i turned that off but i can't remember why anyway any suggestions.

Set your Vcore to something like 1.325V, and raise your NB, CPU PLL, and FSB termination voltages each by 0.1V. Also, make sure you run a small FFT test in Prime95 and not blend, since blend will test your RAM as well. Right now we just want to see if we can get your CPU stable.
