Been running at 3.78 (9x420). Prime95 no errors after 3 hours.

Wondering though exactly what I should believe when it comes to voltages and temps?

SpeedFan: 53C / 1.30v
CoreTemp: Core #0 - 63C , #1 - 55C / 1.225v
HWMonitor: Core #0 - 63C , #1 - 55C / 1.30v
BIOS: voltage set manually to 1.35
 
CoreTemp's is just showing VID - which has nothing to do with the vcore you've set. Both HWMonitor/Speedfan should be showing the same thing CPU-Z would show you.
