I have an older 775 socket system with a e8400 cpu and 4 Gb of DDR2 memory , windows 8.1 32bit .. I want to give it some new life as I need it to play World of Tanks in HD settings and I was thinking the 750Ti may be the right card for it as newegg has a open box MSI 750Ti for like $98 shipped as I really don't want to drop over $100 in this old rig.

What do you think?

Well after looking some more I see that I can get a R7-265 and R7 360 for around the same price.. I am thinking the 265 is the better card?

If same price, the 265 will be faster in most games if not all games. But if the 750ti is cheaper, i would go that route as it will run at lower power/temps and still do a great job.

But either one will do you right for that system.
