E8200 Safe temp and Voltage

I am overclocking my E8200 andI just wanted to make sure that everything is in a good range as far as my temps and volts go.

I have the CPU voltage at 1.45 with max temps around 63c. I want to go further but I am not sure if 1.45 is safe to run 24/7.

From the Intel specs, max operating voltage is 1.3625v. People throw around the 1.45 value but this is outside the operating spec. Max Tcase temp of 72c, max Tjunction of 100c.

What voltage people really use is up to them, just be aware of risks.
 
1.45v is the maximum functional voltage for 45nm Core 2 CPUs according to Intel, meaning that they are not guaranteed to function altogether past that point. However, 1.4v is generally the accepted value for maximum safe voltage. I highly recommend you back your voltage down to that level or below and not exceed it, otherwise you could severely shorten the lifespan of your CPU.
 
Just to be clear, if you read carefully, Intel say that if you operate the CPU between 1.3625v and 1.45v, neither functionality nor long term reliability can be expected. If returned to below 1.3625v again, the device may be functional, but with its lifetime degraded.

1.3625v is the max functional operational voltage.
