How do I find out the TJ Max for my E6750? I am running Core Temp which shows the temperatures as 5 degrees C higher than Real Temp. I believe Real Temp has a TJ Max of 95C while CoreTemp is 100C. I checked BIOS and the BIOS temps are closer to Real Temp. How can I find out which is correct? Most other programs (SpeedFan, HWMonitor, etc) show the same temps are CoreTemp.

fyi, realtemp was used in the intel presentation when they disclosed the tjmax values, so i would say its probably the better of the two.

RealTemp is using TJMax=100C for your processor now like every other program. Intel plans to release TjMax data for 65nm at the next IDF forum. Go to Google and type in realtemp beta and it should take you to the beta site at the fileden for the latest realtemp release.
The TjMax spec might be exact but there is an unknown amount of variation in TjMax and Intel hasn't disclosed that yet and probably never will.
