E6750 G0 overclock?

Wondering what everyone is getting out of this cpu at the moment. As it really doesn't matter about the G0 stepping as i done found out the all about overclock the same being a G0, B2 etc. And please post your highest overclocks and ram timings along with what cooler and cpu temps on air please.

I don't have one, but most people are getting around 3.7-4 GHz on these with aftermarket air.
 
Update

I'm not sure if this is a high voltage for this cpu. But i got it to goto 3.93gighrz on 1.68 volts. All this is on air so i'm not sure if this is good, okay or just bad at this point.

Dude, yeah that's a little high. Lower that voltage or you're gonna kill someone! Not really, but it could very easily do some damage to your CPU
 
If you google intel e6750 you'll find the voltage range is up to 1.5, so you're way over. Better lower it right now before you damage your processor!

I wish someone could type out the CPU by OC and by voltage, and by cooler in excel. That would be sweet but of course a lot of work.

i'm only leaving it at 375x8 because going closer to 400x8 will require a bit more voltage, and i'm at stock for now.
 
I have a E6750 at 3.6 ghz and it's at 1.4875 volts and rock solid stable, Orthos stressed and the max temps is around 60 C
 
Wow thats quite high temps, 60 C, no?

I run perfectly stable at 3.4GHz (1.35 volts) and (1 CS:S crash) 3.52GHz at 1.3625 volts

Temps max out at around 55 C or so
 
Sorry to highjack but since this thread is fresh maybe Maybe you guys could give me some insight. I've had my overclock for about 2 months straight, no problems, but today it defaulted to the optimized default and i don't know why. I've gamed and done other tasks no problem, no errors. Orthos test was only 30 min.
Settings are:
+0.1V for everything (MCH, fsb, etc)
+0.0V for PCIe (no change)
cpu Standard voltage 1.35v (1.296load/1.184 idle)
c1e/eist enabled
memory 2.1V @ 4-4-4-15 2T
Temps are 32 idle/50 load for games and 58C for orthos.

did you disable intel's speedstep? it usally goes back to stock core clock during idle and it goes to the peak of the OC during load

and as for the OP: why did you clock so high and put the volts way over the recommended limit of 1.5 volts?

Well for one the volt reading isn't really right as this board tends to be way under the volts it shows "Asus P5K Vanilla", so i think that adds to some of the issues there.

Well for one my cpu will not do that high on 1.5 volts as everyone else has said in that flow chart and i'm not sure how they are getting 4gighrz on air with a little 1.5 volts on ir.Though it will do 3.4gighrz on stock volts though. Maybe i got a goofy acting cpu, i do know the E6600 B2 i had will out clock this G0 stepping with ease.

Seems there is some issue with this Asus P5K vanilla board and volts, maybe i need another one as it is a flakey thing.

yea i agree it seems funny for your situation. As for mine I booted up at 4 ghz but it will run too hot and it will overvolt way past the 1.5 limit so I guess I found 3.6 is the limit for mine
