GamePC's review.

The only real reason I posted this is that this is a full review of Conroe running at 3.5GHz. Not just a couple of tests. FX-62 at 3GHz is thrown in but look at how the Conroe scales. It's not just spinning its wheels so to speak.

Once Intel has something better than the Prescott like Hot i965 I'd trust overclocking mine that high. I don't currently trust my chipset enough to try anything like that. More than a couple of 100 MHz that is.

I'd think a 40mm fan on it would be just fine, considering stock implementation is just passive. I'm water cooling my ds3 so heat there is no longer a problem, especially since i'm shooting for 450+ fsb.
