E6600 Temperature Question

I have a E6600 Running on water, TDX 775 Block, and a DD Tyee Waterblock for video card. My video card will not break 50C if it even reaches 50C, but my processor gets up to 51-55c load on both cores. Why is it reading so high? I am useing a Abit AW9D-MAX Motherboard with 1.2 Bios. I have already checked the AS5 and added just alil dab right where the die is and put the block back down. It didn't help.
