E6600 Overclocking Issue

I've had my E6600 overclocked for like 6 months now but it suddenly unclocked itself a few days ago, now whenever I change the FSB it has no effect on the speed of my E6600. I can over and underclock it and it will still have no effect, only the multiplier seems to have any effect on it.

Motherboard is a GA-P35-DQ6
