Well, it's a 41F, which many say is the worst week ever, but I seem to have gotten a good one. The guy that I bought it from ran some testing for me, and with the stock cooler and 1.4vcore (.075v over stock), he got up to 3.2ghz. He said it didn't go over 60c in orthos either.

Wish me luck! It should be here on Tuesday.:D
