I ordered a Logitech 230 speaker system from them on Monday with free standard shipping (5-7 days) and was surprised FedeX delivered it on Wed morning....2 days just like Egghead! I read the return address and then I realised they are located 2 hours drive away from my city!! Another bay area company!!

Awesome price considering I paid $222 for my E6400 just a month ago.

Always happens, it's part of the game, and I ain't complaining about a 3200mhz dual core cpu for $222 :p

I bought now. I was *trying* out SupCom for the past few weeks, and needed to get a legit copy, and that comes free with my ZZF purchase.

Sigh...its going to be an expensive spring/summer. I have a $1000 37" LCD TV lined up for next week since our current 27" CRT is dieing, a needed $650 computer upgrade (Vsta, RAM, CPU), I just bought 2 500GB hard drives for $100/ea for my graphic business to backup files, and I'm also thinking about getting an xbox 360 (elite, not sure...the HDMI cables that come bundled almost pay for themselves).

I've got an expensive summer comin up too. DFI 965-S, 8800GTS, Penryn :( . damn computers, always advancing, lol. That and I'm getting a car this summer (like 5500-8000 dollars). It's gonna be one expensive summer this year... Although, for you, I would have to say, Vista is not a "needed" upgrade. it's more of an un-necessary downgrade for now :)

heheh...yeah, but Vista x64 has true support for 4GB+ of RAM...which is what I'm aiming at. I'm constantly running low on available RAM when I have Adobe, Illustrator and InDesign all running at the same time. Besides, I got the Vista x64 retail package cheap ($250) off of ebay. Thats $150 less than retail.

Sigh. Some one stop me from upgrading. =)

They were estimated at ~$224.00 after the price cut...so for $11.00 , why wait?
if they kill the free shipping deal, there goes the $11.00... or close to it.

I have about $1600.00 in parts already, I was just waiting for the CPU....I have waited long enough
 
Then there is the fact that SupCom is a good game and that offer won't be around forever. You could even ebay the copy if you don't care/have one (or are there any friend's birthdays comming around?). My point is it has some real value.

Heh. Yeah im sure. Probably same thing goes for your gskill memory. That stuff is $129 or less now, I bet you paid $200ish for it. :p

And you're speculating as to when the price cuts are "supposed" to be. April 23rd wasn't a date written in stone. The price cuts are already here. It's unlikely that they dropped them to this price now only to drop them a few dollars more on Monday.

its dropped to $234.00....a whole dollar......JUMP NOW :) But it looks like you don't get the game now.....

OR maybe it will be $233..00 in the morning..........Why don't I just wait till 2009..I can get it for like $40.00
