e6420 + GTX 260

I have an e5200 which runs stock at 2.5 and I have it running at 3.5 and there is a MAJOR difference in most games on my gtx 260 when I have it overclocked vs. stock speeds. So yes, I would say you will be bottlenecked quite a bit.
