im trying to get clockgen to work but for the PLL Setup it doesnt automatically detect the PLL selection.

does anyone know what ICS to use for the PLL selection for a ds3 mobo?
or is there a clockgen version that automatically detects this for you?

I had the same problem , good question
 
Not sure about clockgen, but SetFSB works for the DS3. There is a new version on the main site for it (google, I don't have a link atm).
 
The PLL for the DS3 is not in Clockgen right now. There are working on it. The PLL for the DQ6 might work. If not SETFSB might work as some of the other post's said
