Which temperature is the most accurate?

Also, what is the ACPI Temperature and is it more accurate than CoreTemp or the Intel Thermal Analysis. For an E6400 at 2960 MHz and a Zalman 9700 are these temperatures good?

Idle temps mean nothing, TAT should be about the closest.

My e6400 @3.6 @1.43volt is at about 45 load.

Load temps are what's important!!!

Dual load it with intel TAT and check the temps.

The TAT and Coretemp temperatures should generally be within 1 degree of one-another.
