e4600 voltage

Hello

The VID voltage range for the e4600 processor is 1.162-1.312.

In the bios I currently have it at 1.3, and cpu-z reads 1.28 at idle, and 1.264 at load. The next bump to the voltage puts it at 1.316 (in bios) which reads as 1.296 idle in cpu-z, and 1.280 load. That would be the highest I would go with it. Is that okay to leave for daily use (provided temps are in control)? Should I go by what cpu-z reports as idle voltage, or is the bios the one to go by?

Thanks
