I have an E4600 with an Asus P5K-VM with 2x1Gb Corsair XMS2 PC2-5400 (no seperate graphics card), and right now I am overclocked with fsb@250 and multiplier x 12, giving me 3.0Ghz.
I want to try to overclock the fsb up to 333 with multiplier x 9 to get around 3.0Ghz with the 1:1 divider ratio - I would like to do this with the stock cooling and stock voltages.
My question is, is it better to have a high fsb and lower multiplier, or the other way around (ie leave it at fsb 250 x 12)?
Thanks!
