e4400 to e7200 good jump? will overclock.

I have a e4400 at 3.3ghz but i can trade my e4400 for a e7200.

Will it be worth it?
 
trade as in you are not going to spend any money?

if you are going to have to spend money, i think you just should to keep that E4400 a bit longer until Nehalem comes.
 
yea no money spent, although if i dont trade i could just get my friend a 2180 and keep like 60 bucks in cash.
 
since your not spending any money, its really up to you.

I think you should save up those $60 for later use
