hey guy i going to post a what my temp are and stuff can u tell if it is safe

STock INtel Cooler

40-42 no load idle
58-60 c Load

2.4ghz
fsb -266x9
1.296 z (cpu-z)
1.8 v Ram 4-4-4-12 ratio 4:5 333.6mhz
ihink pci is at 100mhz
and the other is locked to 33.3mhz
all other at auto voltage

Orthos stable 15 mins Blend test

using a

p5b-plus mobo
e4300 stock cooler
xms2 5300 4-4-4-12 ddr2 2x1gb
silverstone 500w plus 80ROH compliance
in a coolmaster Centuron 5 Case

and in TAT test i get 65 load and then it goes back down to 40c - 42 idle

IMO anything 65C or under while loading is safe. You really should get a good Heatsink for that CPU and then get OC'in for real.
