E2160 vs. E7200 (Help)

I'm considering updraging my E2160 (overclocked to 3.33 GHz from 1.8) to the new 45nm E7200 from intel - and I plan on doing as much overclocking as a can with it. The question is do you think it's a worthy upgrade and will I notice much of a speed difference? :confused:

The rest of my rig:

8800GT
2Gb OCZ 800Mhz
Abit IP35-E

I dont think you would see too much of a performance change. You would probably get a bigger increase with a better video card or more ram.
 
Don't know if it's gonna be much faster in games... There you're most likely capped by your vid card.... But, from my experience of just (like 2hrs ago) upgrading from e6400@3.32Ghz to e7200@3.98, everything else feels snappier... Extra MHz and 1MB cache (over 6400) helps quite a bit...;)
