who actually makes that being unknown to me
you might want to drop by the HTPC and case modding forums to see if anyone has been using it ;)
 
Tagan is an epower brandname
Tagan's generally refer to a larger ATX12V supply series
those are made by Topower and are the same P6 series supplies that OCZ rebrands as Powerstreams

recently epower has started a tagan.com site and maybe in transition of phasing out the epower name and replacing that with Tagan as its by far their most successful series and has greater name recognition and brand equity
