First, let me note that I'm primarily a hardware guy who got "roped" into helping someone with a network issue. So if this sounds stupid...it's because I am ;).

Here's what I need to happen. Two different users at two different locations need access to the same e-mail/calendar information. The e-mail comes through an ISP and is POP3 to one location, but then it is removed from the ISP's server, and the other user never sees the mail. Both users use Outlook. I have an extra computer that I can use as a server of some sort if I need to. What's the best way to approach this problem?

Email is easy. Set up Outlook to leave a copy on the server. This way, they both get the same emails.

Calendar is more difficult. There are programs for it. I've never had much success so I can only help with the email.
