e-mail from me is marked as spam

hi..

recently, all the e-mail i am sending from my address at scottsnyder.net has been getting marked as spam by tons of things.. i know for a fact taht my university and yahoo mail both mark messages sent by me as spam.

anyone know why? and how i can fix this? is there a setting in cpanel i can change? it doesn't make sense to me.

Maybe because doing a reverse IP lookup resolves to a different domain name that yours?

Hard to say without know what spam filters are in place at the locations and how they have them setup, but I'd venture to guess this is the reason.
