[E]IDE PCI Cards - Recommendation?

Hey all. I apologize if this isn't the correct sub-forum in which to post such a request, it just seemed to be the most appropriate. Now that I've moved to SATA on my main box, I'd like to take my older PATA drives and put them into a server enclosure. The motherboard I'm looking to use is an Intel D915GAV which, as you can see from the page that's linked, contains only one PATA connector.

Can anyone make any recommendations for a PCI-based card that features a PATA interface? I'm looking for at least two channels (for a total of four devices, natch), but more is acceptable as well. Since I'm going for reliability on this system, I'm more interested in having stable, super-compatible hardware moreso than something that's a speed demon (though that's not bad either, of course ^_^). Something like WHQL-certified drivers are a definite plus.

So, does anyone have any recommendations or ideas? I've done a fair amount of searching via Google, but there are so many manufacturers peddling cheap adapters with (apparently) little or no information about their setup or reliability.
 
I have a Silicon Image 0680-based card which has served me well. There exist drivers for it for easy slipstreaming, it works fine under Linux, and it's cheap. This card is the same chipset (see manufacturer's site), so it should work equally well for only $18 shipped.
