I can feel and hear my 2TB WD Green.
Sometimes I mistake it for my phone vibrating.

Is everything okay for now or should I worry?
 
No, its not everything okay. The disk is already red flagged. Back it up, IMO.
 
Any recommendations on a new Hard Drive?
I've been thinking about getting a 4TB WD Red, Seagate NAS Drive, or a simple Seagate Desktop drive

Or are 4TB drives iffy?
 
what OS and filesystem? 2TB are still the safe bet for storage Seagate NAS is nice
