DVI Won't work now?

My LCD just stopped working in DVI.. I tried everything. It works in VGA. So I formatted my pc and the same thing happens. All video drivers up to date. It was just working until I cleaned out my pc (physically dusted it) but what could I have done internally to make it not work anymore? Did the dvi cable just die?

since it all stopped after you clean the inside.. probably something made the dvi connector of your video card gone bad..... but i dont know more.. sorry

Well I didnt even take out my video card. Just my ram. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary. lus I am not entirely sure if it stopped working after I cleaned out my case. It stopped working like the day after.

Plus I tired both dvi slots on my vid card...

Just get another DVI cable to eliminate that as the source of the problem....and then try another videocard or hook it up to another computer with DVI. I'm currently dealing with a similar problem but my videocard was the culprit..

I've heard of DVI ports going bad on monitors. You don't happen to have a Sceptre do you?

Yes I do. Should I RMA it to newegg get a brand new one?

Yeah I'd try to get a replacement. I don't have a sceptre myself, but I was about to purchase a x22wg before I read reviews on Newegg that a good number of people have had their DVI ports go bad.
