DVI to HDMI converter

I just got a new video card at work. Its an ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro. It came with a DVI to HDMI adapter and claims that it has audio. I was just wondering how this works because I believed that DVI didn't support audio.

I want to know what people know about this card, because it would work very well in a media center box I am building. I don't really have any more HDMI spots, but that will change once I get a receiver with an HDMI hub on it, but for right now, I would use the component cables that came with it. So basically, whats the verdict on this card because I might make it my next purchase.

I use one in my media center and so far it's great running 720P and upscaling to 720P. If that's as high as you need to go, using the component cables should be fine. If you want to go HDMI, check out one of these HDMI switched at Monoprice:
