Any idea as to whether or not Windows Media Player technically upconverts DVDs played on a PC?
I have a media center, soon to be connected to my HDTV. And until Blu-Ray hits, an upconverted DVD is the closest thing to full HD I can get from my home theater.
Anyone know the nuts and bolts of the process and if it's done on a PC DVD program?
