Hi my PC can't find the DVD drive when I go to device MGR its telling me "This device cannot start" (Code10) Anyone know what the problem is?
 
Most likely your DVD drive went bad, especially if it is pretty old. They tend to do that after a few years.

Other options would be to try plugging the drive into a different slot on your motherboard, and make sure all power/data connections are solid and pushed in all the way.

BTW, a brand new DVD drive is pretty inexpensive.
