DVD Error (Vista Ult. x64)..Help!

My retail Dvds won't play under Windows Media Center. I have no idea how to fix this. Any suggestions? TIA

Either your system region settings are incorrect or the optical drive is set for the wrong region.

Check your rig's settings in Control Panel -> Region and language settings.
Check the drive's setting in Device Manager. Right-click the drive and choose 'Properties'. You need the correct setting on the 'DVD Region' tab.
