DVD Backup - Best Processor?

What would be the best processor for me?
I'd do a lot of DVD Backup

my choices: AMD 2500+ XP Mobile (OC'ed to the max eheh)
AMD64 3000+
P4 2.4C (with Kingston PC3200 ram CAS2, what kind of Overclock can I expect?)

mainly looking for best bang for the buck CPU for this task
 
With the 2.4c and that ram you could expect to go relitivly high but only on a 5:4, or a 3:2 ratio... if you really want the most out of a 2.4c you gotta have 3500+
