First, my apologies if this is either a repost or n00b question (I searched the 1st 5 pages of posts).
Anyways, I have a Audigy 2 soundcard and Klipsch 5.1 surround system. I just bought my first couple DVD-Audio discs (sound great!) and was wondering if I need a amp or decoder to get the full features? I know Klipsch and Creative both sell them, but my Google searches haven't told me whether or not this is necessary for DVDA discs. The Creative DVDA software player says it's playing 96KHz / 24-bit, so is everything cool?
Also, anyone have an opinion on DVDA vs SACD on a quality-only basis? I went with DVDA simply beacause there were no SACD players for computers at the time (still might not be).
Thanks if anyone can be of assistance
