Anyone have any personal experience with this? I am thinking about getting a new laptop at some point for school since my current HP is starting to show its age. It's a DV2000 from 3 years ago, and some plastic parts are breaking on it (my fault from taking it apart to fix some other stuff wrong with it). Right now the 12 cell battery is pretty much shot and it only lasts about 30 minutes which would suck in class. Also the sensor that detects whether the lid is open or shut also broke (by me... lol. Laptops can be hard to take apart and not break anything). And the quick-launch buttons don't work either anymore. And make a weird beeping sound while I type sometimes. Pretty frustrating.

So I figure I might give a new laptop a shot. I like the looks of the DV2Z with the dual core Turion. Anyone have any input on it? I was playing around with one at the Best Buy. It seemed pretty quick, though I am pretty sure my DV2000 would outperform it (2GHz Core 2 Duo).
