where do i get a cable for this 4pin plug? my corsair 1200 didnt come with anything.

or do i just use the 8pin?

plugs on right.

You only need the 8 pin connector the 4 pin is extra power for extreme overclocking
 
The CPU 8pins on my ax850 split into 4pins. I'd expect your psu cables to do something similar.
...not that the board needs it as far as I know.

Mine do not split in half. Could I just plug the 8 pin in with the 4 overhanging
