Dumb Doom Vulkan enable help RX460

Hey guys, I am having a little trouble with my rx460 HTPC getting doom to run with Vulkan enabled.

System config: g3260, 16gb ddr3, powercolor rx 460 2gb, 256gb ssd.
So the game runs okay at 1080p low in openGL (36-50fps), but you know I want to be cool and get a little more out of it with Vulkan. The problem is whenever I enable it I get the menu loading then a black screen lockup. I have to then change the profile to render open GL to get it to work.

I have tried DDU clean install of the 17.2.1 Amd Drivers, and looking through the game profile to make sure it was not really doing anything.

On a side note in main 980ti system Vulkan works great even at 4k 60fps+.

Anyone out there run into this before / have any suggestions?

There are new 17.3.1 drivers out today. Sorry that I missed your post.

Sweet 17.3.1 drivers work like a charm. 60fps plus at 1080p low vulkan, now to tweak settings a bit
