Okay, here's what I want to do:
I have a video recording in avi format of a cartoon that's about 15 minutes long. Basically, I want to dub over the English and do Spanish instead. A friend and I will be doing all the voices. Ideally, we would like to only erase when people are talking and keep other sound effects that occur. What would be a good sound editing program that would allow me to do this by next week?
I know people use FruityLoops for making music...can I use that?
Any help would be much appreciated.
