Dualview & Refresh Rate Overrides

So, today I go out and get two Viewsonic A91f+ 19'" CRT's and I have a 6800 gt. I set the monitors up in Dualview Mode and it seems that my Refresh Rate Overrides don't work in this setting. If I set the monitors up in Span mode, they seem to work fine.

In short, I'm a counterstrike player, 1600 x 1200 desktop resolution and 1024 x 768 gaming resolution, so when CS fires up, I need 100 hz, but it's not doing so...

I'm sure it can't, that's why I need the Refresh Rate Overrides to work. I use 1600 x 1200 @ 60 hz, and with the override function I have 1024 set to 100 hz, so the refresh rate should change when CS execs. It was working fine w/ a single monitor, but giving me troubles with the dualies.
